Tag and Organize

When creating a Sequence a user has the ability to assign a tag or purpose to the Sequence being built. Adding either a tag or purpose allows for quick filtering of the Sequence from the overview screen.

A user will assign a tag or purpose when creating a new sequence if they so choose.

Note - values available for purpose are set in the settings area of LeadFWD for Engage. Click here to learn how to add/remove purposes.

Once a sequence has been created, a user can then filter the overview of all their sequences by clicking on the column name for either Tag or Purpose.
