Simply define your trigger condition
Using a Task condition in our Automation Workflow builder in the example below and specifically targeting the Outcome of the task. Setting specific follow up for common sales objections is also a popular approach.
Then, define the follow up action using Transfer or End (Sequences)
In the example below a qualifying contact that had a Task completed with an outcome of 'Call Connected' would then be automatically removed for any active Sequence.
