There are two (2) settings that are unique to Engage. LeadFWD admins can find them by accessing the LeadFWD Account settings upon logging in. The two (2) unique settings are the OOO Settings and Sequence Purpose tag options.

OOO Settings

We understand that not everyone you reach out too will be available. If the prospect is traveling, on vacation, or otherwise Out of Office Engage is smart enough to realize that the individual is unavailable. Once this happens a prospect will be automatically paused in any sequences they may be enrolled in.

OOO Settings will allow an organization to set an amount of days from when the original out of office is detected and no return date was detected. Once that time limit has been met, Engage will attempt to revalidate the email address. If successful the prospect will then continue on in their respective sequence that caused the OOO designation.

Sequence Purpose tags

When setting up sequences, a user has the option to append a purpose to the sequence. It is a quick visualization tag alert people to the purpose of the sequence.

Depending on your organizational nomenclature you can customize the tags to any internal lingo you need.

Once you're done setting up your potential tags you can select them when setting up a new sequence or editing an existing sequence.
