Adding contacts to your newly created Sequence(s) or existing Sequence(s) is a quick and easy process. Engage has been optimized to allow you several different avenues to get the correct contacts in the correct Sequence.
Selecting your Targets
While in the overview screen for your Sequence, click on the gear icon to access the settings options and click on Select Targets.

A new window will pop up which will prompt you to decide who should receive the messages in your sequence. We offer four (4) different variations of segments that you can select from.
Enroll Lists or Segments
Enroll your targets based on their inclusion of certain lists or segments that you have created throughout the LeadFWD platform. These lists can be originated from Prospect Exports, Marketing Lists, Campaign Lists, or Imported data from your CRM Integration.
There is no limit to how many lists you can choose to include in your sequence. Have as many or as few as you believe necessary.

Enroll SugarCRM/Salesforce Campaign List
If you have either a SugarCRM/SuiteCRM/Salesforce integration with LeadFWD then you can grab lists that you have already segmented through your CRM. For SugarCRM & SuiteCRM these would be your Target Lists. For Salesforce this would be your Campaigns List.
Enroll by assigned tags
LeadFWD will automatically apply certain tags to records based on their history of interacting with correspondence. Tags such as: iOS Device, Windows 10, etc. As a user you can also Tag records with a custom phrase or word that is meaningful to you which can then be used as a segment definer.

Enroll by Individual Targets or Subscribers
Enroll individual records as you see fit. Write out the name or email address of a record that exists in the platform. If a match is found you can manually select that individual to be dropped in to the sequence.

Add to Sales Sequence - SugarCRM/SuiteCRM
If you have an integration with either SugarCRM or SuiteCRM you can easily add records to a sequence directly from your CRM instance.
Find the record(s) that you would like to add from any of the List Views that are available. Check off the record(s) and then select the Add to Sales Sequence option from the dropdown.

The next screen will show you all selected records you have chosen to add to your sequence. This will also include a green or red visualization mark next to the record's name. Green meaning that the record is a valid selection and can go through the sequence (IE - email address is present and not marked as invalid, unsubscribed, or missing in action). Red will inform you that the chosen record will not be added to the chosen sequence after Saving

Next you will also have a dropdown available titled Select a Sales Sequence. This will let you decide which sales sequence the record's will be moving through.

Once your sequence has been selected you'll get a quick snapshot of what messages are in the Sequence. On the footer of the frame you'll see six (6) different icons. These icons will give you some additional insight in to the sequence that has been selected. The icons include:

Schedule - what's the send schedule for the chosen sequence

Stats - what are the stats for the sequence (IE - opens, CTR, downloads, reply's)

Send Proof - send yourself or a team member a proof of the message to see how it looks in your email browser

Collision - is there another sequence a selected record is enrolled in that may send at/around the same time as this sequence? Help not to overload the recipient

Action Steps - show any action steps included with the sequence such as email alerts, ownership assignment, or creating a call/tasks object
Once you're satisfied click on the Add to Sequence button to complete the record enrollment.

Add to Sales Sequence - Salesforce
While logged in to Salesforce it is possible to quickly add records (new and old) to sales Sequence(s) in LeadFWD. To add records directly from a list view in Salesforce you first need to enable to the Add to Sequence feature in Salesforce.

Once Add to Sequence has been configured you'll be able to drop in record's from the List View directly to sequences the user has access to.

To add records is easy. Check off the contacts that you want to add and click on the down arrow to show the Add to Sequence selection.
On the following screen you'll see a preview of the first email message in a sequence. You can switch between sequences the user has access to to decide which one will work best.

**Note - The add to sequence selection works for all List View screens except Recently Viewed.
