Ownership and Access

Sequences are created and owned by the LeadFWD user that created them. To share access across Sequences to different users, the users in question will need to be granted permissions to access the Sequences.

To change permissions the LeadFWD Admin will need to go to Settings ---> Team ---> Manage Users.

From the Manage Users page, click on the gear icon next to the user who's permissions you wish to alter. This will open up all the different permissions they have access to.

From there drill down in to the Edit User page and look for the Manage Sequences option. There are three (3) options to choose from for the user. They are:

• Access All Sequences - user will be able to access all created Sequence(s) in Engage regardless of who created them

• Assign Access to Specific Sequences - user will be given access to specific Sequence(s) that they need

• Access Sequences only owned by User - user can only view sequences they have created and own

Note - choosing to allow access to specific Sequence(s) also requires granting the level of access to those Sequence(s). The options to grant include:

• Edit - allow user to make changes to the Sequence content

• View Reports - allow user to view metrics associated with report

• Clone - allow user to clone Sequence

• Delete - allow user to delete Sequence

• Activate/Pause - allow user to activate/pause the Sequence

Once permissions have been chosen scroll down and click on the save button. Congratulations your users now have permissions to access the specific Sequence(s) that they need for success!
