Reply Detection Overview
Sending emails to prospects is a tedious process. What makes it worthwhile is the response if you hit just right. Luckily Engage has ya covered!
Understanding Reply Detection
Engage will actively monitored your attached sending mailbox through either an API integration or using IMAP. Engage will only download replies from your mailbox that relate to an originating message that was sent by an Engage Sequence. Replies are identified by a unique message ID that corresponds to an originating message from the Engage platform and/or a combination of a recipient and subject line that corresponds to an originating message.
Sentiment Analysis and Buyer Interest Detection
Through the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI/ML, Engage will help you classify the types of responses your Sequence has received from your outreach.

On the Sequence Manage you will see columns with metrics for:

Interested - Positive reply.

Not Interested - Negative reply.
-
Mixed - Best for a human review.
-
Neutral - Best for a human review.
-
OOO - Automated reply that a recipient is out of the office.
You can drill down even further by clicking any of the metrics and viewing the percentage of positive/negative reply's that sequence is receiving as part of their total reply %.

Sales Inbox
From the Sales Inbox view you can view the replies to all of your sequences and their corresponding category of reply. Never miss a response again!

Sales Inbox will classify the responses into their appropriate category for quick access. Sections are divided in to:

Interested - positive response
-
Needs review - AI needs some 'human' help to classify the response
-
Not Interested - negative response
-
Out of Office - automated OOO response from recipient
-
Do Not Contact - record has indicated to not contact them again
