One key feature for the Sequences is the ability to show you which of your contacts responses have come from vacation auto-responders. When we detect an OOO auto-response, we'll automatically set your contact to a paused status and we'll resume their Sequence activity at a later date.
Unified Inbox will automatically flag your contacts with vacation responders and move them in to the Out of Office category. From there you will have a central view of all contacts across your various sequences that are out of the office.
If an auto-reply is detected, the record will pause their progress through any sequence(s) they are enrolled in.
The duration of the paused status for your recipient will be governed by either the fixed OOO Setting, which by default is 10 days, but you can modify this value. Or if you have AI Sales Assistant enabled, we will attempt to detect their return date and set the resume accordingly based on the recipients return.
