Sequence Insights: Working Overview

The In Progress contact view will give you a birds-eye of your contacts that are still progressing through a Sequence. Clicking on the report link will take you drilled down view of the records.

The record view will give you insights related to the activities of the records. These include:

• Campaign Start - date/time of when the first email step was sent to the record

• Activity - what tracked activity (open, click, download, reply) did a record do

• Last Sent - the last time an email was sent to the record from the sequence

• Emails - how many emails has the record received and what % of the sequence amount is that

• Status - what's the record's current status in the sequence
