Pending/Waiting

If a mailbox exceeds its daily sending limit or is temporarily disconnected in error, prospects will accumulate in this view until the daily limit resets or the mailbox is reconnected.

Prospects that have completed their previous step and are simply waiting to qualify (based on a timed delay) for this specific email step, can also be Pending.

Open Rate %

If open tracking is enabled for the email step, you can see the % of unique prospects that have opened the email (based on the unique emails sent).

Drill down to view each specific prospect/recipient that has opened as well as the number of times they have opened your message.

Click-thru Rate %

If click tracking is enabled for the email step, you can see the % of unique prospects that have clicked-thru the email (based on the unique emails sent).

Drill down to view each specific prospect/recipient that has clicked as well as the specific link and the number of clicks per link.

Failure Rate %

Hard and soft bounces (failed delivery attempts) will be expressed as a % of total emails sent.

Reply Rate %

All retrieved replies to the specific email step will be expressed as a % based on total emails sent.

Drill down to view each specific prospect/recipient that replied, their response and any classification provided through the Unified Inbox.

Download %

If you include an attachment in your email step and enable attachment tracking, you can see the download rate expressed as a % based on the total emails sent.
