This article will guide you through the Enrolled contact view for a Sequence, which offers extensive insights into each contact enrolled for engagement, their origin, and current engagement status within the Sequence timeline.
Enrolled Contacts (Source view)
-
Type: The data object or source for the contact's enrolled.
-
Contacts: Unique count of contact's that have been enrolled from a specific source.
-
Last Enrolled: The datetime stamp for the last contact that was added from a specific source.
Enrolled Contacts (Detailed view)
You can drill down into each source by clicking on the value in the Contacts column. The detailed view will provide a more comprehensive view by individual contact, including:
-
Contact Overview: Name, Email Address, Company and Title/Role
- Engagement Status: Their current engagement status (i.e. Enrolled, Working, Ended, etc)
-
Enrolled On: Datetime when the contact was enrolled in the Sequence
-
First Step: Datetime when the first step was executed for a contact.
-
Most Recent Step: Datetime when the last step was executed for a contact.
Important:
- If you add your entire Contact database or a pre-built segment to a Sequence, you can only remove individual contacts from the Sequence once they move to a Working Status from Enrolled.
- You can remove/end a Manually Added Contact from a Sequence at anytime, including if their status is currently Enrolled.
- Clicking on the contact records name from the detailed view will open their Timeline Profile drawer.
