
From the overview of Sequence Manager users will get a quick glance in to how their email Sequence(s) are performing. Sequence manager gives users a view in to several specific metrics relating to their email sequences. The metrics include:

Email Steps - the number of emails in a Sequence

Action Steps - the number of actions in a Sequence

Contacts - amount of records enrolled to a Sequence

In Progress - amount of records that have not completed or ended a Sequence

Completed - amount of records that have fully completed a Sequence

Replies - number of records that have replied to a Sequence

Interested - records that have replied with positive sentiment

Not Interested - records that have replied with negative sentiment

Mixed - records that have replied but can't be placed in positive/negative sentiment

Neutral - records that have replied but can't be placed in a positive/negative sentiment

OOO - records that have been flagged with an out-of-office automatic reply

Open Rate - % of records that have opened a tracked email

CTR - % of records that have opened and clicked a tracked hyperlink

Downloads - amount of records that have opened a tracked attachment

Calls - amount of records that have had call objects created through the action step in the email Sequence. The second number denotes how many of those calls have been marked as completed/done.

Tasks - amount of records that have had task objects created through the action step in the email Sequence. The second number denotes how many of those tasks have been marked as completed/done.

Pipeline - if an open CRM opportunity is associated with a record in a Sequence this will display how much the total open opportunities are for records in the Sequence.

Revenue - if a closed won CRM opportunity is associated with a record in a Sequence this show how much won revenue is associated with the records in the Sequence.
