User adoption for new software is always challenge! The easier you can make the process, the more likely your users are to utilize the new tool they've been given access to.
Invite users to your Leadfwd organization
Inviting new team members as an Account Admin to LeadFWD has never been easier. To start navigate to Settings > Team > Invite Users.
Selecting CRM users to invite
Leadfwd will generate a menu view of CRM users from your CRM that can be selected and invited to join your Leadfwd organization. Their subsequent role and access permission within Leadfwd will be automatically linked to their CRM user and reflected when they access Leadfwd from within the CRM.
The following selections are required to send a user invite:
-
Valid Email Address
-
Assign a Role
The following parameters are optional:
-
Assign a Group
-
Assign an Engage License if available.
The maximum number of Engage seats (licenses) that can be assigned is 1x per user invited. You can increase the seat assignment to a user manually by editing their permissions once their user account is created. One engage license equals one mailbox that can be setup by a user. A user can have an unlimited number of license assignments and mailboxes under their individual user account.
Accepting the invite
Invites are sent instantly to the user's email address and as an example:

The invite will arrive in the inbox of the invited user. The invite will come from the Admin of the organizational LeadFWD account.
-
If the email cannot be found please be sure to check SPAM/Junk/Promotional folders.
-
The email subject will be "You've been invited to join LeadFWD on LeadFWD!" if the user needs to search for it.
Once the email has been received the user will click on the 'Accept Invite' button. The user will then be redirected to the LeadFWD User Creation page. The user will then fill out the following information:
-
Email Address - use the invited email address
-
Full Name - name that will show for the User and account Admin
-
Title / Position (Optional) - the user's title or organizational role
-
Phone (Optional) - phone number associated with user
-
Password / Retype Password - input a password for the user account. Requires at least 8 characters with a mix of upper/lowercase letters and numbers
When the form is filled out the click the Setup Account button and proceed to the Application Login Screen.
From there the user will input their email address (username) and password (from previous screen) and click Sign-in.
The user is now able to access the LeadFWD platform.
Manually setting module access for SugarCRM users
With LeadFWD integrated to a SugarCRM environment, you have the ability to link up your LeadFWD users to their SugarCRM user accounts. We will attempt to perform this linking automatically, but if email addresses should not match between the users, you will need to establish the link manually.
Start by navigating to Settings > Team > SugarCRM Users
From this view you'll see a list of users that have been synchronized with the Users Module. You can optionally set a manual link between a Leadfwd user and a CRM user.
If not every CRM user will have a corresponding Leadfwd user, you can optionally provide those users with access to a Timeline view for each record that is in sync between Leadfwd <> SugarCRM or you can simply disable access to the module experience (No Access).
