Each connected mailbox / email account supports a personalized sender signature, which can be optionally included in your outbound email templates. The sender signature is represented by a personalization token that can be added to any email:
- [sender_signature]
- [sender_firstname]
- [sender_lastname]
- [sender_email]
In addition to a fully personalized signature, you can also personalize content within your email body using the name and email address of the email sender. Example:
Hello [firstname], this is [sender_firstname] with Leadfwd. Thank you for creating your Starter plan today!...
Why use a sender signature?
- Saves time. You can avoid customizing templates for every single team member or platform user. The sender signature automatically propagates based on the email sender assigned to a send email action step.
- Simplifies shared Sequences. When you're executing your outreach on behalf of a group of email senders / users, you can ensure that each email is personalized for the assigned sender when smart sender rotation is enabled.
Creating a sender signature
- Navigate to Engage
- Select Mailbox Connector
- Click the gear icon for any connected email account
- Click on Mailbox options
