Referral to alternate contact: When a recipient's auto-reply suggests contacting a different team member and provides their contact information. Additional handling is available to automatically create a new contact and engage the referral contact.
Update Email: When a recipient auto-reply indicates their email address has been changed and they provide a new email address that is detected. Action to take: Automatically update [email] data property value for the contact and apply a Tag: updateEmail
Out of Office: AI Sales Assistants can detect a recipient's return date and automatically pause their outreach in all Sequences until their return date.
Left Company: AI Sales Assistants can take action if a recipient is no longer at a company. They will end any Sequence for the contact, change their record status to Unsubscribed, Add Unified Inbox Tag βleftCompanyβ and change Engagement Status to Do Not Contact.
Challenge Response: Treated as a regular OOO and default to inactivate the contact until the pre-defined number of days (per account settings) lapses.
