Alternate Contact Referral ➡️ Auto-Save to Database

As an additional option, if we detect a Referral or Introduction response that contains Name and Email (required attributes, we won’t save with out a Name value), your AI Sales Assistant can automatically create that Contact as a new record in your Leadfwd Contact database.

• Create new contact in Leadfwd and sync [name], [email] and [phone] (if available) from the email response. Copy and sync [company] field value from the original Contact record that made the referral in an auto-reply.

• Assign Unibox reply tag: replyReferral

• Set Leadfwd Lead Source for new contact: Reply Referral

• Update custom data property [ai_referredBy] with name the original Contact full name that made the referral. This will allow a user to use that as a reference the name of the person in an email using a personalization tag, like “John Doe suggested I contact you” where John Doe is [ai_referredBy].
