ℹ️ LinkedIn outreach with Sequences or Workflows is powered by our Tasks functionality. The Sequence or Workflow that your prospect enters will schedule a LinkedIn task and LinkedIn tasks are executed automatically using our Chrome Extension with 1-click.
Requirements
- Leadfwd Sidebar (Google Chrome Extension)
- Leadfwd Pro Plan or greater
- LinkedIn Account (Logged in) - this will be the user that executes the LinkedIn engagement.
- LinkedIn engagement require a Sequence with a LinkedIn Task or Automation Workflow that's scheduling a LinkedIn task.
- Direct Messages require a 1st degree connection.
- Leadfwd will automatically convert Direct Messages to Connection Requests if you are not already connected.
- Prospects must have a valid LinkedIn profile URL in [linkedin_url] in your Leadfwd contact database. We automatically save this field property when you're exporting prospects from LinkedIn to Leadfwd using our Chrome Extension.
- Safety Settings applies automatically to protect your LinkedIn account
Step 1. Schedule a LinkedIn Task
LinkedIn Tasks can be automatically scheduled as part of a Sequence action timeline or using an Automation Workflow.
1. Select a Task as your Sequence action step or Workflow action step
2. Select a task type: View Profile, Connect or Send Message
3. Connection Requests and Send Message support message templates using personalization tags that link to custom data field properties, such as [firstname], [company], etc.

- Open Leadfwd Sidebar for Google Chrome
- Navigate to Tasks
- Scroll through the task options (left to right) and select a LinkedIn task type
- Select your tasks (select-all or individually) and click Automate tasks
- Sit back and let autopilot run through each LinkedIn action.
