What are workspaces?
A workspace is an entirely separated and fully-functional Leadfwd account that is provisioned under a master agency account. It includes all of the same features that the master agency account does, but with total data separation and user separation.
How do I create a workspace?
- Navigate to Settings
- Scroll to Switch workspace
- Select Manage Workspaces
From the Workspace manager, click on 'Add Workspace' in the top right.
Then proceed to enter the account details for your new Workspace. Workspaces can be for agency clients or for use by organizations with multiple brands, business units or to simply separate GTM efforts for your marketing and sales organization.
1-click login access
Workspaces can be accessed by a traditional username and password from the Leadfwd login page or from your Workspace manager - using a 1-click login, without having to enter a username or password.
To return to your master agency account, simply use the log-out mechanism in the workspace account. You will be automatically logged out and logged back into the master agency account.
Add users to any workspace and share login credentials with your clients
Workspaces can be managed by the master agency only or you can provide your client with either the account owner login or a user login with a specific or limited access role.
Workspace plans and usage
Workspaces share resources from the master agency account plan and do not have assigned plans. You do not need to manually assign resources (Active Contacts, Email Finder Credits, Voicemail Drop Credits, etc.).
It's important to be mindful of the usage of your workspaces as one workspace can in theory consume all of the available resources at one time.
To upgrade or add additional resources for workspaces to use, only the master agency account needs to be upgraded.
Suspending a workspace
You can suspend and discontinue a workspace at anytime by using the 'Suspend' feature. Simply select the workspace, navigate to Manage/Edit and then check the 'Suspend account'.
