Leadfwd extends Sequence functionality to Pipedrive CRM (free edition). With Leadfwd for Pipedrive you can seamlessly enroll contacts in personalized Sequences right from within Pipedrive - and monitor their activity without leaving Pipedrive.

How does it work?
- Install and Configure Leadfwd Sidebar for Google Chrome
- Login to Pipedrive
- Browse your Contacts
- Open the Leadfwd Chrome Extension
- The table view of your Contacts will appear in a list view within Leadfwd Sidebar (shown below)
- You can also filter, sort and create custom views in Pipedrive to refine your contact list. Sidebar can access custom tab views.
- From Sidebar, select one or many contacts using the checkboxes provided. Then choose your Export and Sequence options.
- A Pipedrive icon will appear in the main navigation of Sidebar, which you can click at anytime to return to the Pipedrive contact list view.
Sync from Pipedrive to Leadfwd Sequence
When a contact or contact(s) are selected from Pipedrive, Leadfwd will automatically sync those contacts including their Name, Email, Title, CRM ID and Phone (if available). The name and email address are required to be shown in the table view in order for the sync process to work successfully. If either are missing we will be unable to save the contact and enroll them into a Sequence.
Track Leadfwd Engagement inside Pipedrive
When contacts are added to Leadfwd Sequences from Pipedrive using our Chrome plug-in or using a 'No code' tool like Zapier, you can access the full engagement history of each contact from our Chrome extension. From any contacts profile view in Pipedrive, simply open the Leadfwd Chrome extension and we'll automatically load that contacts timeline profile (if they exist in your Leadfwd database).
Sync the CRM ID (Zapier, Pabbly, Make, Webhooks, etc).
If you're using a 'no code' platform like Zapier, Pabbly, Make, etc to push contacts from Pipdrive to Leadfwd (using webhooks), we highly recommend that you also sync the CRM ID for each contact. Our functionality to allow access to the Leadfwd Intelligence Profile inside HubSpot works by linking the Leadfwd record to the HubSpot record using our [pipdrive_id] system field. If we do not have the CRM ID then we can't map the relationship and display the intelligence panel.
