Sync Enriched Insights to your Contact List
Leadfwd can pinpoint, verify and deliver 30+ unique data insights about your prospects and their organizations.
In order to maximize the data available from Prospect Explorer, Email Finder, Social Prospector (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Crunchbase) you need to configure which insights you want to sync for your prospects, when you select to sync them to your Leadfwd Contact List or to your CRM.
To accomplish this set up, you'll need to perform the following quick steps:
- Navigate to Accounts & Contacts in the main navigation
- Select List Manager
- Select a Leadfwd Contact List or CRM List (SugarCRM or Salesforce list objects)
- From the Contact Management view for the list selected, click on the Settings icon in the top right and select Prospect Data Sync.
A lightbox will appear with two distinct columns of field inputs. The left column is a listing of all the potential enriched insights that Prospect can provide, row by row. The right column is a list of potential data field destinations from your selected list, row by row.
For each row you can select a destination field to map the data insight to, within your Contact List. Some fields are pre-selected and cannot be changed, such as Name and Email. The rest are entirely optional.
Add new fields
Leadfwd Contact Lists contain 20+ default data fields to store insights. You can create any number of additional custom fields, including text fields, numeric fields and date fields. Once you create a new custom data field, it will instantly become available as an option in your Prospect Data Sync field mapping pick-list.
To create a new custom field, you'll need to perform the following quick steps:
- Navigate to Accounts & Contacts in the main navigation
- Select List Manager
- Select a Leadfwd Contact List or CRM List (SugarCRM or Salesforce list objects)
- From the Contact Management view for the list selected, click on the Settings icon in the top right and select Manage Fields.
- From the Define Custom Fields, scroll to the Add a new field option and choose a name for your new custom field.
- Select a type (Text, Number or Date)
- Click Save
For SugarCRM and Salesforce users, your organization's CRM Administrator will need to create new fields within the CRM and then enable those fields in your CRM Connector settings in Leadfwd.
