004: Form page is no longer active.
005: You already submitted this form before.
006: Please enter a valid email address.
007: The two email addresses do not match.
008: We could not connect to your SugarCRM account. [Check Platform logs for details]
009: We couldn't write to SugarCRM! Please try again. [Check Platform logs for details]
010: This page is not accessible at this time, please try again later!
011: Failure: please complete required fields.
012: Submission limit reached.
013: We can't accept your submission at this time.
014: You need Processing Consent to continue.
015: Free email provider domains are blocked.
