Navigating Engage inside Sugar Sell

Requirements: Leadfwd SugarCRM module installed and configured

Engage for Sugar Sell is a built in module that is a part of the larger LeadFWD suite of sales and marketing tools. Upon installation and configuration of the LeadFWD module to your CRM instance, users will be able to access Engage directly within the CRM interface.

To select Engage click on the 'More' option available in the SugarCRM tool bar.

The user will then be redirected to the Sequence Manager overview screen for Engage while in-app with Sugar Sell. All features of Engage are available while utilizing the in-app experience with Sugar Sell.
