When looking at the overview for a specific sequence there are several reports that are available to the end user. One of these reports is the Enrolled Contact View. The enrolled contact view serves as a breakdown of where your enrolled records are coming from.
The screen will give you a breakdown based on:
Type - how was the enrollment initiated
Contacts - how many records were enrolled
Last Enrolled - when was the last time records from that source were enrolled
Clicking on the contacts associated with a segment enrolled will give you an additional screen. On this screen you can see detailed information for records such as:
Account - account name associated with contact if available
Enrolled On - date/time of when contact was enrolled in the sequence
First Step - date/time when contact had first email sent to them
Most Recent Step - date/time when contact had last email from sequence sent
