Leadfwd Module Configuration

At the bottom SugarCRM Connector settings panel you will see a label 'Module access URL key' and a button labeled 'Generate Access Key'.
To begin, click 'Generate Access Key' to create a unique, encrypted key that will power your native Leadfwd experience inside SugarCRM. This key will be required after you install the module package in your SugarCRM environment.

Install your Access URL and Key
Now that the module is successfully installed, the final step is to simply add your Secure Access URL and Key to the module configuration.
To perform this action navigate to Admin > Leadfwd Module Configure and click 'Configure'.
Paste your Secure URL Key into the URL field, set a recommended height for our embedded panels to 700 and then click 'Save Configuration'.
🎉 Congratulations! You have now fully integrated Leadfwd with your SugarCRM environment!
To test that the set up was successful, navigate to the SugarCRM navigation and click on Leadfwd. Upon loading the panel should reveal the Leadfwd platform for your user account.
Troubleshooting
This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.
When your Secure Access URL is installed the base domain is also added to your Content Security Policy (CSP). Depending on your CRM version and configuration this process may not happen as expected (automatically). In which case you'll want to add the unique base domain from your Secure Access URL (i.e. in25app.com, securenetgate9.com, *.inboxgateway.com) and help.leadfwd.com to the Content Security Policy (CSP).
Oops you don't have access to this feature
After you initially install and configure the CRM Connector and Module, your users will still not have access to Leadfwd through Sugar, until you either grant them specific access or invite them to your Leadfwd team.
You can manage initial access to the module for administrators by logging into your account from Leadfwd.com, navigating to Settings > Team > SugarCRM Users.
Change the Timeline view default selection to a specific Leadfwd user (to map permissions). For the Account Owner, you'll want to check the first checkbox under the 'Admin' column. Selecting this option will provide full access to all of our features and panels within the CRM.
